Product Features

1.Rotating structure, continuous production

Six to fifteen sets of baking trays are evenly installed on the circular turntable. The process of pouring batter, heating, shaping and crispening is completed in a sequential manner. Each of the 10 baking trays can produce 30 kilograms of finished products per hour.

2.Customized services

The number of baking trays, the shape of the trays, and the patterns on the trays can all be customized to meet the production needs of different products.

3.Accurate temperature control, uniform heating

Each pair of baking trays is equipped with independent stainless steel heating tubes, temperature fluctuation ≤±2℃, to ensure uniform color and luster of each batch.

4.Intelligent monitoring

It adopts the PLC + touch screen control mode, allowing for one-click setting of parameters such as the injection volume, rotation speed, temperature in each zone, and baking time.

5.Safe and durable

All parts in contact with food are made of 304 stainless steel and food-grade silicone sealing, meeting international food processing standards. The ice cream cone machine has a self-diagnosis system for faults: alarm for missing batter, shutdown when temperature exceeds limit, protection against motor overload, etc.
