1. Planetary mixing system
Revolution + Rotation, ensuring that every part of the material in the pot is stirred thoroughly, without any mixing dead zones, and even high-viscosity materials can be mixed evenly.
2. Bottom scraping and sealing design
The mixing scraper is closely attached to the inner wall of the pot, continuously scraping the bottom and sides of the pot during operation, preventing sticking and scorching, and ensuring stable product quality.
3. Multiple heating methods
You can choose from electric heating, gas heating, steam heating or electromagnetic heating to meet different production requirements or processing techniques.
4. Frequency conversion speed regulation
Equipped with a frequency converter, the stirring speed is usually within the range of 0 - 60 revolutions per minute, and can be freely adjusted. This not only ensures the mixing effect but also meets the requirements of different production stages.
5. Hydraulic inclined discharge
Equipped with hydraulic lifting and flipping system. After processing is completed, the pot body can be tilted by 90 degrees to achieve automatic discharge. Reduce human intervention and facilitate continuous production.
