Intelligent Kernel Removal
The device is equipped with a specially designed kernel removal mechanism. Due to the hard texture of the kernel, it is precisely separated during the spiral advancement process, preventing the juice from having a bitter taste and significantly improving the quality of the juice.
High-efficiency Juicing System
The spiral juicing method gradually increases the squeezing force on the fruits and vegetables, enabling the maximum extraction of the juice from the cells and achieving a complete separation of the juice from the fruit pulp.
Removable design
The internal screen and scraper can be easily removed. There are no hygiene dead corners, making it convenient for daily cleaning and maintenance, and meeting international food hygiene and safety requirements.
Variable speed of the power system
Equipped with high-performance motors and frequency converters. Customers can adjust the rotational speed of the equipment according to the actual processing characteristics of fruits and vegetables (such as soft tomatoes or hard carrots). Low speed is used for removing cores of stone fruits, while high speed is used for processing berries into puree. This machine can be used for multiple purposes.
